We will utilize your intuition, recommendations from your health providers, scientific research, and ancient traditions to craft a lifestyle plan that is specific to your needs.

The modern world is vastly different from the environment in which humans were designed to live in. How can we find practical ways to incorporate ancient, natural living into our everyday lives? This could include more outdoor time in your schedule, bringing healing foods into your diet, and using tools like red light and blue light blocking glasses to mimic the light environment our bodies thrive in. Let’s learn from nature together.

I specialize in working with people who are experiencing autoimmune thyroid dysfunction, known as Hashimoto's thyroiditis.

My Program

  • Free 20 min session to find out if we’re a match.

  • Sessions are booked in packs of 6, for 45 minutes either weekly or bi-weekly.

  • We’ll start with a health history to get a holistic picture of where you are now, and how you got there.

  • We’ll build a picture of what holistic health means to you. Where are you trying to get to?

  • Each week we’ll check in on what changes you’ve made and commit to next steps that will get you closer to your holistic health goals.

  • We can meet using zoom or locally in Bozeman, Montana.
